I’ve cropped but can’t see my pictures
Have you uploaded and cropped your pictures but can’t see them when ready to download?
Sometimes pictures created with cell phones, scanners or Mac devices use the file extension .jpeg (for example: mypicture.jpeg). At this time the EZ Fit photo reduction system will only recognize picture files with the file extension .jpg. This will cause your uploaded photos to not be visible.
To correct this you can make a copy* of the picture and then rename the duplicated picture by changing the file extension from .jpeg to .jpg and upload again. *It is recommended that you make a copy of the photo before renaming to reduce the risk of harming the original picture.
